For ambitious women navigating the identity shift of motherhood.
I spent years believing that if I worked harder, stayed disciplined and kept performing, I could solve almost anything. Then I became a mother and this did not seem to work anymore. After months of exhaustion and the quiet thought "who am I now?", I learned the thing no one prepares you for: you can't outperform motherhood, and your old self isn't coming back. As a matrescence and executive coach, and a mum who's been there, I help you stop fighting the transition and feel like yourself again. Not the old you. The new one that actually fits your life. Let's talk ⬇️

12 week program: Navigate the biggest identity transition of your life with clarity instead of guilt.
A three-month, one-to-one space to stop performing your way through motherhood and start feeling like yourself again. Not the old you. The one you are becoming. We work on what is actually coming up for you in the moment. Some weeks we'll talk about guilt. Others about ambition, relationships, identity, career, boundaries or the pressure to get back to yourself. Motherhood does not happen in one part of your life, it touches all of them. Together, we'll untangle the expectations you've inherited, make sense of what's changing, and help you build an identity that actually fits the life you're living now. You'll have weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, message support between calls when you need it, and a monthly group session with women moving through the same messy, powerful transition. This is not a step-by-step programme. It is the real work of not going back.
Book a connection callBefore anything, we talk. Thirty minutes, no pressure, no performance. Just an honest conversation to see where you are, what is really going on beneath the surface, and whether this work is right for you. If it is not, I will tell you. Bring the questions you have not said out loud yet.
Book a connection callYou built your identity around achieving. You love your child but don't recognise yourself anymore. You're successful on paper but feel disconnected from the woman you used to be. You keep waiting to "get back to normal." Deep down, you know there isn't a way back.
I don't believe mothers lose themselves. I believe many of us built an identity around achievement and being needed. Motherhood doesn't destroy that identity. It exposes the parts that no longer fit. My work isn't about helping you "bounce back." It's about helping you move forward with intention.

Honest reflections on identity, ambition and matrescence. For the woman you are becoming, not the one you were.
