Who is this for?+
Solo consultants, coaches and small studios where one person is the whole operation. If you spend more than a few hours a week on admin, there's something worth automating.
Which tools do you use?+
Whatever you already have. Most of the work is Gmail, Calendar, Notion or Google Sheets with a model like Claude behind it. I don't sell software.
How technical do I need to be?+
Not at all. You need to know your process; I handle the wiring, and I document everything so you can change it later.
What does the retainer include?+
A monthly check on everything we've built, fixes when something breaks, and one new automation a month. Cancel any time.
