How cancellation works

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings — one click, no friction. Your microsite stays live until the end of the current billing period, then goes offline. You won't be charged again.

Standard refund policy

We don't offer refunds for partial months — your subscription is billed in monthly periods and you retain access to the platform for the entire period you've paid for. We do not issue pro-rated refunds on cancellation.

EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of your first subscription. You may request a full refund within that window by emailing faye@fnstudios.app. By using the platform during this period (e.g. publishing your microsite) you may be deemed to have waived your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive — we'll be reasonable about edge cases.

Exceptional refunds

We may issue a discretionary refund outside the above when we've materially failed to deliver the service (extended outage, catastrophic data loss, etc.). Email us and we'll work it out.

How to request a refund

Email faye@fnstudios.app with the email on your account and a short note about what happened. We typically respond within two business days. Approved refunds clear back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
